This beautiful villa is located in the picturesque village of La Trayas, just a short distance along the coast from Cannes.
Newly renovated, the villa provides four air conditioned bedroom suites all with en suite bathrooms.
There is a well appointed sitting room with large TV, DVD and Sky satellite channels, open plan modern kitchen all leading out onto the sun terrace and the pool.

The villa provides everything for a comfortable holiday, but what really sells this villa is the view. Look straight out over the pool and you have unforgettable views of the sea and the small port of Le Trayas, glance slightly left and the views take in the bay of Cannes and the Iles de Lerins, a little further left and the snow capped tips of the Italian Alpes make you understand why this part of France is known as the 'Alpes Maritimes'.
