Mas Moulin is a stone property which sits in a truly unique and elevated position, perched on its own hilltop just in front of the village of Châteauneuf de Grasse. It has superb 360 degree panoramic views of the village, the Esterel mountains and sea views of the bay of Cannes. Located in its own ancient olive grove, it can sleep up to 8 people, with delightful landscaped gardens and outside living space with large pool and summer kitchen that have been designed to make the most of the magnificent views. This is one property where your holiday will be spent completely outside!

Sitting in an ancient olive grove with over 60 olive trees within private grounds of 6000m2, Mas Moulin has a gated entrance and long gravel driveway leading up to a large parking area for several cars to the side and rear of the house. At the front of the house adjacent to the parking there is an area for children to play with a large trampoline, summer play house, swing ball and football net.

The property has a refreshed interior which provides comfortable accommodation for 8 people. It has a large and light living room with open fireplace, equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with doors out to the garden and three bathrooms, all on one level. There is a fifth bedroom which can accommodate up to 2 small children in bunk beds, but this is on request only, as the room doubles up as a laundry room!

The garden and pool area have been developed and equipped to a very high standard so that you never need to venture inside the villa during the day! The rear of the house has a lawned area leading down stone steps to the large 15m rectangular saline pool (which can be heated), with an electric automatic security cover and multi-coloured pool lights. It is surrounded by a large paved terrace with many sunloungers, outdoor sofas, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Adjacent to the magnificent pool is a 50m2 stone pool house with two large dining tables and a bar which provides a superb area for family living and entertaining with a built in TV and DVD player. The fully equipped summer kitchen, includes a dishwasher, two fridges, bar. There is also a wonderful open fire place, a traditional wood fired pizza oven and a very large gas barbecue all located next to the boules court. The whole garden can be fully lit at night, especially the pool area which means you can dine and relax outside until well into the night! A separate bathroom under the pool house, with a shower and WC means you have no need to go into the house at all whilst at the pool.

Situated in the village of Châteauneuf de Grasse, you are within a couple of minutes drive of a supermarket and a choice of boulangeries and cafes, yet within half an hours drive to beaches of Cannes and ten minutes drive to Valbonne. With no direct neighbours, this really is one villa where you can truly appreciate the "outdoor living" and the peace and quiet that the South of France offers.
