Secluded and very private, the villa is set in a walled garden of over an acre in size, brimming with rose bushes, plants and shrubs. Including, extensive areas of lavander, an agapanthi walk, beds of iceberg roses and a profusion of mimosa trees. The large 12 x 8m heated pool with a depth of 1.85m has steps on one side and is laser alarmed. There are two showers close by, one outdoor, the other indoor and a pool slide. The Pool House, with it natural stone floor and open exposure, is a great spot to relax or entertain. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and catering size gas BBQ. An island bar separates the kitchen from the living area with its large open log fireplace and oversized cushions. The area has a TV point and music system. The dining table can seat up to 20 people comfortably.
