The villa is within walking distance to the village of Villefranche (0.5km) and a 5 minute drive to beaches of Villefranche and Beaulieu and 15 minutes to Nice or Monaco.

The villa offers luxurious accommodation on two levels with spacious living and dining areas, a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances and accessories to cater for a family meal or a dinner party. There are five bedrooms and four bathroom located on the first floor with stunning views over the bay. All bedrooms are air conditionned and have flat screen TV with either Sky or DVD. The acccommodation is south facing with windows opening onto the terrace and pool making the most of the glorious sea view.

Outdoors, the terrace with dining table and sitting corner is a wonderful place to enjoy the panoramic view over the bay at any time of the day or night. A couple of steps lead to the pool and pool terrace laid out with comfy sunbeds surrounding a square 4x4m pool that can be heated and has a counter current for more excercise!
The villa is equipped with sky television, surround sound system inside and outside, Wifi internet, a security alarm and a two hour daily maid service is included.
