Baan Tao Talay is located in Dhevatara Cove which is one of the most luxurious and high-profile estate developments ever constructed on Koh Samui. The property is a more traditionally furnished villa, with the emphasis on using natural materials and combining them with the modern day luxuries to complete the ultimate tropical island lifestyle.

Ornate gates and landscaped gardens lead through to the entrance of this villa and once inside you are struck by the splendour of an unusual dining table made of teak with decorative bamboo inlays. To the left of the dining area is the surprisingly modern looking kitchen, this villa has identified the areas where western appliances and designs are a must and incorporated them seamlessly into the property.

The bedroom Pavilion to the right of the entrance houses 4 bedrooms, two at ground level and two on the first floor. A wooden floor with marble around the edges, creates a canvas on which the collection of ornaments and antiques create a homely and comfortable ambience. This living area looks out onto the immaculate garden and out to sea. The large swimming pool with waterfall feature leads to a sala that contains a bathroom and kitchen. From here steps lead down to another garden tier, an outdoor shower and steps onto the beautiful beach. The villa is located within sight of the Raja Ferry where locals commute from the island to the mainland.
