A charming villa which enjoys some of the best views over Cannes, the Palais des Festivals and out to the blue waters of the Mediterranean. Nestled in the hills the villa has been extensively refurbished by the current owners including landscaping the gardens to include a pool surrounded by teak decking. Just a 5 minute drive into the heart of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, an ideal choice for guests attending Cannes Lions, MIPIM or for those seeking a wonderful holiday home in a great location.

A gem of a property with sublime sea views and finished in a contemporary Provencal style, a warm welcome awaits you at Villa Lerina. On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting / dining room with large window framing the panoramic sea views. Comfortable seating and a dining table which seats 10, there is also cosy fireplace area and large flat screen TV with international channels. Also on this level is the well equipped kitchen and utility room. The living areas are air-conditioned. Down a couple of steps is the first bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this bedroom opens onto a private terrace.

On the first floor here are three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and 2 which share a shower room and toilet. These bedrooms are all air-conditioned.

From the entrance hall there is a flight of stairs down to a 5th twin bedroom.

Outside there are shady terraces, a pool bar area and of course the pool (which can be heated) surrounded by decking. The owners have preserved many of the original plants including a hundred year old olive tree. There is a feature fountain which adds to the Mediterranean ambiance of the gardens. The owners have preserved much of the period paving and created an oasis of calm away from the busy streets of Cannes.
