A delightful newly renovated villa with walking distance to a local bakery. Villa Estelle is a wonderful family villa with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. The villa has been renovated in a modern contemporary style with light interiors it has an ideal location being only 20 minutes drive from Nice, and 15 minutes to the coast.

On the ground floor there is a newly renovated open plan kitchen / dining room opening up onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. A spacious entrance as well as one shower room and utility room is also located on this floor.

The living room is located on the first floor as well as three bedrooms.
The Master bedroom and Bedroom 3 has double beds and Bedroom 2 has 90 cm bunk beds and a third pullout bed. All bedrooms has air condition. The living room and the third bedroom opens up onto a large balcony overlooking the pool & the garden, there is also a small office on this floor as well. Outside under a small terrace there is a small gym with an exercise bike and some weights.

Outside there are covered terraces, ideal for summer dining overlooking the pool. Villa Estelle has a wonderful garden surrounded by beautiful hundred year old olive trees and a play area for children including a trampoline, swings and a playhouse.
